If you head to Plaza de Catalunya and its surroundings you will see some of the most impressive light shows in Barcelona. The Corte Inglés warehouse in the square is well known for its decorations in the shop and the Portal de l’Angel, right next to Plaza de Catalunya, one of the best known shopping streets in the city stands out for its light screens that make a cozy Christmas night.

La Rambla has lights running all the way changing themes every year.
The second edition of the lighting of the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site, is called ‘El univers de la llum’, since it includes an immersive planetarium where you can walk between planets and stars, as well as a hexagonal tunnel of music and color that accelerates or slows down time visually and auditorily.

The Catalan capital extends by 4 kilometers the illuminated sections compared to last year.
The 9 lots already tendered by the city council include large city arteries and also neighborhood streets, distributed by neighborhoods such as Trinitat Vella, Eixample, Gràcia, Nou Barris, Sant Andreu, Horta-Guinardó or Carmel, among others.
